Sometimes, particularly when you first start connecting with the animals, it can feel as if you’re just talking to yourself. You might even think you’re experiencing what I call mind chatter, which has nothing to do with animal communication. Nope. You’re on the right track, you simply need to trust yourself, trust that the information is coming from the animal. As you become more experienced, you will learn to pin-point through what sense you are receiving that information. Listening to how your body tells you how you receive the information is what will give you confidence and remove the feeling you are talking to yourself.
